First Appointment

Preparation for your first appointment.

For  clients receiving their very first facial treatment there is a variance in what to expect. I provide clinical treatments in a very relaxing setting. Some treatments will involve much pampering and relaxation while others, not as much. Please feel free to ask what to expect when booking your appointment.

I work by appointment only.  All bookings will receive my full attention for the time slotted for the service being rendered. I ask that my time is respected as well. Please arrive for your appointments on time. No more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment as the door may be locked. I can not carry time over if you are late, As that would set back a whole days schedule.

Cancellation policy. A 24 hour cancellation notice is necessary to change or cancel an appointment. I understand emergencies do arise but please be respectful of the time frame. Late cancellations  will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Repeat offenders will be booked only as same day appointments.

Clients will need to book their appointments with a credit card. The credit card will reserve your time slot for you. You may choose to pay for your appointment with either a credit card or cash. After your appointment you may choose to have your credit card information saved (confidentially of course) for future appointments or destroyed.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment time as you will need to fill out a health intake form.  This enables me to customize your treatment to your needs. Some of the information needed will include a list of medications and supplements that you have used in the previous six months. Regular clients are asked to update medications and health changes as they may occur.  Clients will be asked to update their health intake forms annually

Jewelry is best left at home.  It is to your benefit to remove any facial or body piercings containing metal as they are a contraindication with the use of some of the skin firming, acne and hyper-pigmentation techniques.

For clients under the age of 18, a parent will need to sign a consent form and stay with their teen.
